i already eat special k for breakfast,
small ham sandwhich sometimes with cheese in for dinner,
special k for tea.
go on a 45 minute walk everynight.
and drink water + orange juice = dioulety (cant spell)
any other things i can do ?

I WANT TO LOSE 4 POUNDS SO THAT I REACH 10 STONE!
AS NOW I AM 10.4

You got the change the way you think and feel about food
TRY THIS, and stick to it.
The first 3-4 weeks are the hardest until your body adjusts to the change.
Results will be in about the same time
Fruits and Veggies
Eat more plants and keep away from stuff that was made in plants.
Don't eat anything that comes in a can, box or package....
.....THEY HAVE ADDITIVES IN THEM THAT MAKE YOU ADDICTED TO THE FOOD.....
If man made it, don't eat it
NO white BREAD or SUGAR
NO FRIED FOOD...
Stay away from FAST FOOD
Walk your dog, or walk a friends dog
Don't think of it as a diet, but think of it as a lifestyle change
I have lost 25.5 pounds in 2 months, drink lots of water. I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week....controlled portion....this really works.........
Write down every thing you eat
Take a multi vitamin at night
why do you want to loose 4Ib so quickly??? this is not good for you or your body and will only make you put more weight back on within the following weeks... so that 4Ib if not careful could end up being 8Ib!!!
I honestly dont think anyone will notice a 4Ib difference if they look at you, so be safe and sensible and look after your health......
the special K diet is not good for long term weight loss! you need to eat a healthy well balanced diet to keep the weight off
However you could alter your walking routine.. say 20 minutes walk in the evening and maybe do some early morning swimming before work/school/college... some swimming pools open at 7am
Eat Protein only, drink only water and...use a Colon Cleanse :-)

That's only 3 days away and your calorie intake is already extremely low. If you don't improve your diet your weight loss will stop altogether because you're getting very little proper nutrients, protein etc.
Cut out the ham and cheese, go more for organic chicken and turkey

sit in a sauna for half hr. sweat it all out..works for fighters when they have to weigh in.
