I need to lose around 7 pounds and I need some good tips. If I run 2 miles every morning for a week straight, eat mostly fruits and water, how much can I lose in a week? I'm also doing 8 minute abs because I want to get a six pack too. Can this work?

Do your jogging on daily basis , also increase its timing slowly slowly day by day .. mean after every 2 days increase 15 minutes in your jogging ... Do some sort of abs exercise at home to get your stomach toned ... drink lots of water on daily basis ...
