How can I lose ten pounds fast?

I have asthma so I have to can't really run too well, but what's a good diet and other good exercises?

I already do sit ups, push ups, leg lifts, etc. but i weigh 125, and I really want to weigh 115 asap. help?

And is 125 a good weight for a 15 year old?

Is 115 okay too?
