I have asthma so I have to can't really run too well, but what's a good diet and other good exercises?
I already do sit ups, push ups, leg lifts, etc. but i weigh 125, and I really want to weigh 115 asap. help?
Update:And is 125 a good weight for a 15 year old?
Is 115 okay too?

Ok doing waht you do is Great!! BUT the realy key to loose pounds (not to fast but it works) is eat healthy!! Make yoru meals dont go to fast food places but if you do need to go to fast food pick helthy choices like subway, or like el polo loco (without the chicken skin ) :P but like you see what i mean you have to eat really healthy and instead of snack like chips or cookies get an apple or a peach! just eat helthy and you will get far :) oh and you can try like ab exersizes :) haha ok well good luck!!!
