Im 13 and I would love to learn how to lose those few extra kilos. I find it difficult to stay strict about food and somedays just keep eating and eating till i feel sick. If I feel bad for eating junk food i might not eat anything the next day and the following day i would binge. What Should I DO??

I used to be like you and i was your age but used to exercise a lot. Too much sugar makes me sick nowadays, plus the sight of extra fat makes me sick. I tend to eat anything I want but not after 7pm and during the day I wear tight clothers to make me stop eating too much.
