This is the diet I use to lose 5-10 lbs really quickly, and losing it in three days IS healthy, because what the diet basically does is just flush out all the water weight. When I want to lose a few extra pounds on top of that, I drink nothing but copious amounts of green tea with lemon for those three days.

The Harris-Benedict Equation:
Males: 66 + (13.7 x W) + (5 x H) - (6.8 x A)
Females: 655 + (9.6 x W) + (1.7 x H) - (4.7 x A)
where W = actual weight in kg (weight in lb/2.2 lb/ kg)
H = height in cm (height in inches x 2.54 cm/in)
A = age in years
Ex. Joe weighs 150 lbs, stands 5'6", and is 21 years old
150 lbs/2.2 lb/kg = 68 kg
5'6" = 66 inches x 2.54 cm = 168 cm
BMR = 66 + (13.7 x 68) + (5 x 168) - (6.8 x 21)
BMR = 66 + 932 + 840 - 143 = 1695 kcals per day
So, if your BMR was like Joe's then you need 1695 kcal a day to stay at this weight. So if Joe consumed 1695 kcal a day, then if he cut 495 kcal a day from his diet, he would therefore loose about a pound a week. (3500 / 495 x 7 days = .99 pounds) .
Please don't go below 1200 kcal a day. It is not heathful. Also the figures given are for life. A couch potato! Adding exercise to this or other daily routines will increase your BMR considerably. Eat well balanced meals, drink at least 8 full glasses of water, and exercise properly. Guaranteed to work!

meal 1- 1/2 cup cereal (that has no fat in it, like cherio's) with a fruit like straw berries or a banana
meal 2- 3/4 cup veggies, some sort of grainy dry food, like a cracker or 2, or a couple goldfish crackers, and a little fruit, like A small slice of watermelon
oh ya, and don't eat any meat, especially beacon, because all meat has an incredidle amount of fat in just one little beace (ESPECIALLY BEACON!!!)
be a vagitarian for three days, it is the best way to loose weight, along with the diet i listed above
meal 3- a cup of pasta with something like yougurt
and NO SNACKS in between
eat that for about 3 days for all of your meals, and make sure to get a half an hour of excersize a day, and you should be all set with loosing those 5 lbs,
you can lose five pounds very quickly by cutting out all carbs, however you will gain it back once you start eating carbs again but if you need to lose the wieght for a short term reason this is the fastest way
firstly get that milk of magnesia thing itll flush your system out there lots of build of of shitsky so itll take at least a pound off secondly exercise instead of sitting on the puter thirdly watch what you eat
lunch eat grilled chicken salad light dressing no croutons or nuts or cheese
supper steak rice vegetables and fruit for dessert

exercise for 30 minutes everyday

thats they key i lost 13 pounds
for those who are hating on me...eggs have no carbs meat has no carbs...your body will process it faster ...this type of eating has worked wonders for me i have lost at least 2 sizes..keep on hating ...but i have proof what do you have???

If you are going to do it SHORT TERM... I suggest you eat an apple every time your hungry... and do it for three days.
