It seems like you have some normal agrophobic anxiety problems.
Go to your college doctor or student support officer.
In confidentiality, explain what happened. Ask to see a councillor if he doesn't suggest to refer you to one.
This will provide you with someone to talk to about your experience.
They will have good experience and training.
They will provide you with real solutions to deal with your continuing emotional problems.
Counciling first. Then work from there.
Have you thought about leaving town? It seems like if you got away from that area, you may not be so paranoid. Maybe moving away?
Do you have family living somewhere you could go to get back on your feet?
You should see a psychiatrist. I'm not sure where you live, maybe you have a reason to be scared. But a psychiatrist could help you, since they're trained to help.
