How can my husband get more commercial contracts?
He cleans tile floors. Right now he uses print ads that gets him residential, but he would like to break into the commercial part more. How do people get the commercial contracts? I know someone has to be doing the hospitals and restaurants, etc. what should I tell him or what can I do to help if anything?

Contact the purchasing agents at the companies he would like to do business with. Prepare a brochure for him to present to them, You can do it yourself using Microsoft Publisher.
Go online and look up BNI (business networking international). There are chapters everywhere. Although it will cost about $400 for a one year membership, the once a week meeting will yield results if he sticks with it.
