I eat a bowl of honey nut cheerios in the morning.
then i eat about 100 calories at lunch.
then like i come home and have another bowl of honey nut cheerios.
then eat around 5-6 dinner and like its about 350 calories.
*in addition have lots of water.
also run like 1-2 miles everyday.

Sounds like your not eating enough...is this what you normally do, or want to do?
2Ibs=7,000 calories, so you have to 'lose' either by not eating, or by burning them 1,000/day compare to what you normally eat.
Usually not a good idea to go below 1200 calories in a day. My endocrinologist told me I could go as low as 800 a day as long as I took a good multi-vitamin, otherwise I could wind up in the hospital.
Crash diets like the one you describe usually make you miserable the whole time you are doing it, and then you wind up going on a binge.
1200 a day and exercise should allow most people to lose weight, if you do not lose anything you should consider bringing it up to your doctor and maybe have your thyroid tested.
