My name is Miranda and I have been wanting to lose weight. I am 14 years old and I weigh 160-ish pounds. I am in volleyball, basketball or power lifting ( last year I was in basketball but this year I might go into both or just power lifting) and track. I will also tell you that I am a vegetarian that doesn't exactly like vegetables too much. I was wondering if you have a web site I could go to to help me plan a diet and if I should work out more or if I'm over weight. If not it would be good to hear some tips. :) Thank you.
Update:Another thing is I'm only about 5'2 so that might help you. Do you have any exesizes I could work on also I only have a elpitical ab lounge and I'm getting a weight machine.
