How did Quentin Tarantino direct Reservor Dogs?
As I understand he did not have any film school,he famously said that he studied films by watching them,he did not work even as an assistant director or anything at a studio,he just wrote the script and directed it.

A one word answer is simply, "talent." Some people are just naturally good at things. It only takes them observing something to really have a knack for it. Some have to work really hard a mastering things, others not so much. Is sounds like Tarantino is one of the lucky ones.
