for the most part my bod looks norm again, but I still have a tummy pooch. my baby is almost 6 weeks and I have not resumed exercise yet. Will this get better once I star exercising? Or what did you do to get your flat belly back? I am also breast feeding, I thought I would lose it quicker than this.

Once you stop breast feeding, the tummy should go away. Breast milk production needs the extra fat so your boby naturally hangs onto it. You don't want to go on a totally strict diet because if you skimp on your intake of fat, your breast milk won't have much fat and that last feeding of the night is the one loaded with the most amount of fat, which makes your baby feel full, and helps them sleep through the night.
You can definitely start working out. I had stayed in shape during my pregnancy, lost most of the weight, except for five pounds, within two weeks of giving birth. And finally lost the last five pounds when I stopped breast feeding a year later and no tummy pooch. That was ten years ago, after my girl, the tummy pooch I have now if from driving my kids around and not doing any exercise what so ever! yikes!
Cardio and weight coaching. Try a minimum of 30 minutes of aerobic four occasions per week, and weight coaching (weights, situps, lunges and so forth) three occasions per week. Together the blend must burn energy and spice up your metabolims to begin wasting the ponds. Try youtubing belly workout routines to discover ones that you'll be able to do for further roning. Avoid consuming an excessive amount of (quit whilst you believe complete) and drink plenty of water. Eat extra vegetables and end result than you do bread/starches. Eat plenty of lean protein and avert snack meals which are fried, sugary, fatty and dangerous.
Relax mom, your baby is only 6 weeks old. When you start exercising, you will lose the pooch. Breastfeeding _helps_ with losing weight but it doesn't guarantee that it'll get all of it off :)
it just went back in a couple weeks after birth. i feel bad because i dont exercise or eat right but the weight came off around 1 month pp and im back in my pre pregnancy jeans.. just give it some time!
