what exercises help drop inches of the waist line? I am trying to lose as many inches as possible before an event in august. I been going to the gym for a month already and lost about 10 lbs, and i am happy with the results...but i need to lose inches faster...

Eat smaller healthire meals..and do sit ups and legs lifts that will give you curvier smaller waist and it does work because i tried it.
Make vegatble or fruit juice dont add any sugar or salt then drink it every two hours then take a 1 mile walk if u do this for 5 days and u can lose up to 6 pounds it really does work
ok, well eat a well balanced meal. atleast 9-11 servings of grains. 3-6 servings of fruit and veggies. 2-5 serviings of protein, and 2-6 servings of dairy. and sugar ate sparingly. like 1 pc per day. but u also have to workout. like daily excersizes. i.e. 50 jumping jacks, 30 sit ups and or crunches, 30 push ups, stretch, also go juogging around the park, around the block, or around a trail! u will be healthy,fit, and u will loose weight in a couple of days!
You dont want to lose too much right away, because you usually gain it back.
Do cardio, some strength training, and just eat better. Diet alone will help, but the combo of both will be great.
You can't loose it fast. Eat right, exercise, and let the pounds come off naturally.
Stop looking for a quick fix, rushing weight loss only harms you in the end.
Running helps lose weight from everywhere ... I lost 90lbs from running only =) Im happy now Slim and Fit :D
just keeping going to the gym but try to focus on your tummy area,sit ups,running helps a lot but alot of people think its a waste of time,it does work.
Eat close to nothing for two weeks if you're that serious, you'll loose so much weight. But the only thing is you'll probably gain it back if you just start eating a lot again. But at least you'll be skinny for the event in August! I'm talking like nothing though, I went vegan and I lost so much weight.
buy the salt scrub from 'dead sea spa magik' its only like 1-2 dollars for a sachet. you ccan apply in shower or standing up in the bath rub it all over -it gets HOT mind then rinse. You will have lost inches due to the salt and have smooth glowing skin and reduced cellulite! if u dont believe me weigh yourself/measure before and after, only problem is it only lasts a day...but great for vacations if your worried about your bikini body. if you want something long term its diet and exercise im afraid- 1000cals a day
try wearing the body hugging stocking like underwear. i think they're called spanks.
it'll squeeze your tummy in. and smoothen your curves. it's like a corset but less restraining. :D
