How do I compress my pictures on Powerpoint 2007?
I have to send my professor a powerpoint, but the file is too big because it has a ton of pictures on it. How can I compress the pictures?
Oh, and taking pictures off isn't an option because this was an assignment. HELP!!

My question is: if the pictures are to big do you resize them in Powerpoint? If the answer is yes, then thats probably why your file is too big. You need to resize them in an outside program, then bring them into powerpoint, and if there is an option to check the resolution on the program you use, make sure its set around 72 to 150. Some pictures come at a really high resolution (usually 300) and this ups the file size alot. For Powerpoints you really don't need the resolution to be any higher than 150.
