Go to Control Panel click Troubleshooting and under Hardware and Sound click Config a Devise and run the Troubleshooter. Then download cccleaner free version. and run it to clear junk files and when download anything from any site always use Custom Download [and Untick everything you don't want] and Never Use Express Download as Automatically puts Crap and Junk Files on computer.
