In order to get emancipated anywhere you have to show you can support yourself get a job,have a steady place to live,be able to buy things you need,etc. Look up the laws in your area and see what you have to do be able to prove your case. You also have to stay in school I believe.

to immancipate you must show proof that you can take care of yourself, you must have an apt and proof of financial independence
Do you realized that you are not the first 1 year old to want to do just that
of crouse I am tlakign about the basic ememncipation Law but you should either go to the court house nerer to you or get a lawyer
