If it's IE then it's tools, internet options, privacy and then slide the bar to medium is the normal cookie setting.

click tools

privacy
advanced
click, override automatic cookie handling of 1st/3rd party
be careful with this setting because you can open a door for spam and viruses. best bet is to minimize with the default settings.
Try Turning of all your anti viruses and fire wall.
