How do I export an InDesign document to a RGB PDF?
I know the answer, I just want to make this question have better SEO.
The answer is to make sure that all the swatches and images used in the document are in RGB. Furthermore, make sure that the export > output options use "no color conversion"

In the export settings dialog box go to the output option on the left side and check to make sure that "no color conversion" is happening.
