How do I fix a Script Error on a computer!?

Hi, im Christina :)

So I have a Lenovo LapTop and I just got The Sims 3 disk for it, it has plenty of space on it (750 gigs) but I've have owned The Sims 3, The Sims 3 Pets + The Expansion Pack, The Sims 3 Master Suite Stuff, and The Sims 3 Diesel for about a week and a half now and they all got downloaded right when I got them. I'm not signed up for Origin because I didn't know what it mean't when it requested a Serial Code? So I Canceled my sign up. (I also need help with that) so I've played the game before and I even created a big house and it took me 4 days to make that house, so if I lost that memory I would probably throw all my disks away out of anger. But before all of this started it played normally. EVERYTHING is up to date, I was so confused I even went and searched up problems and someone said that they had the same problem and there "Java" thing wasn't updated. So under my Start Menu on my laptop I searched up Java and it didn't recognize it, and my Sims game is up to date. It played normally for about a week (the disk don't have scratches) and then while I was playing the game it randomly froze on me and said "The Sims program has stopped working for an unknown reason, EXIT GAME?" Because of that I lost all my memory and I had to start over twice! That happened twice to me! Then I had to save my game like every minute fearing that would happen and it happened 5+ times! So then today I went to go play it and it said

"An error has occurred in the script on this page

Line: 18

Char: 1

Error: Syntax error

Code: 0

URL: http://store.thesims3.com/api/user/balance?locale=...

Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?"

It has ask me that 5 times + and I have answered with "Yes" and "No" and nothing happens it just does the same thing again and ask the same questions again, and again! I've tried downloading programs that fix that but they cost money, and I have Kaspersky protection if that even helps, and iv even tried restarting my computer an shutting it down and turning it back on but the same thing happens over and over again... please help :( I really don't want to have to lose all of this stuff and all of my memory. -Thank You
