My parents have trust issues with me and they think I want to speed, so they put in a TrackPort international gps tracker on it to show where I'm going and how fast I'm going. I would remove it but it notifies my parents when that happens. Don't tell me my parents did this for my own sake, all they care about is the car and if I will damage it or not.

Evidently, their mistrust is well placed, as if you weren't going against their wishes there would be no reason to remove it.
Anything you do to disable or block it would make it appear the same as if you removed it, so it wouldn't help.
Do you own the car and pay the insurance for it?
Unless the answer to both is yes (and making payments is not the same as owning it) then quit moaning and buy your own car if you don't want to be tracked. It's their car, they can do what they like to it.
As has been pointed out, disabling or jamming it would have exactly the same effect as switching it off.
What you would have to do is spoof the GPS signals to it. That's easy, all you need is a GPS simulator. Which would cost you a little more than a car.
