How do i prevent hair loss ?
IM 25 YEARS OLD AND LOOSING LOTS OF HAIR DNT KNOW WHAT TO DO ANY TIPS PEOPLE AS TO WHAT HAS WORKED FOR ANY ONE WITH MY SAME PROBLEM OR SIMILAR????!!! THANKS =)

I'm sure there are great products out there but in my experice.. here's what i've learned.
-Wash your hair as little as you can. Do not use alot of conditioner or shampoo when washing.
-Do not brush your hair every day. Use a wide toothed comb.
-Keep your hair in a loose pony tail while sleeping.
My hair is falling out too and i'm 23, i know exactly how you feel!
Check with your dr, you may actually be able to use rogain for the loss. My mom has the hereditary kind of hair loss and it's worked wonders for her. I figure I'll be using it soon myself!
For shampoo/conditioner check out the Nioxen line. They make a few formulas so that it's save for permed/colored hair too.
I also like the Bumble & Bumble thickening conditioner, spray & lotion. It won't help your hair grow back but will make your hair feel & look thicker.
TIGI also makes a good volumizer foam called rockstar or something like that. I use it and love it on my very baby fine, thin hair. I don't have a lot and it plumps it right up.

Trim an inch off of your hair, it will reduce hair loss.
Or to go to extremes, make a boy hair cut.
I had to endure the second choice, but it worked out in the end letting my hair not fall out for a couple of years.
