How do i restore my laptop?
I think i got a virus from Limewire on it...
and my computer wont go to the home screen now its just a black screen
how do i restore it to the manufacures setting? i just want to get rid of everything on it
i have an acer apsire 5100 and i run on vista.
pleease help, thank you soooo much (:
Update:it says to press F2 for the boot menu, but i cant seem to find anything there.

you may have to call the company and send it in to be fixed
