Ok, I will help you train you str, with my personal xp.

Wear full rune, get your best gloves (get rune glaunlets from fist of guthix minigame if you can), and get boots from the stronghold of securtiy, and go for flesh crawlers in the stronghold of security second floor. Flesh crawler will be agrresive to you for 10 mins, which is good becuase their max is.....1... The best weapon to train for any training (attk,str, def) would be rune skimitar. Dont forget to bring food ( tuna, salmon, or trout) and some str pots with you. Best of luck in training your str.

Rune Scimitar is the best weapon to train with in F2P.

It's a fast weapon that deals high damage as well.

Dude if i were u i would get a rune scimmy coz it hit fast so it trains fast， make sence? And I would goto fist of guthix because when you r hunting they don't hit back plus u can get token whick can get u good stuff :D.
