I am comparing the poems 'In Flanders Fields' with the poem 'The Falling Leaves'. My teacher checked my work and said i should get the grade B. However, I have a chance to re-write it, so i want to get a higher grade. can anyone help me and tell me what i should include?
Thank you!

Oh my god, I am having the SAME problem right now!!!!
My teacher has asked the whole class to compare two poems, "Island Man" and "The Blessing"

compare the themes, the tonality and view point of the poet for the two poems stating how they are different or similar.
I am not familiar with the poems so if they are from the same poet look at his background and see what influenced his writing of the two poems and when in his life did he write them - see if this contributes to their similatiry of diference.
if the poems were written by two different poets look at both their backgrounds and see if there are any similarities in their life stories if the poems are similar or if the poems are different, comment on the difference of heir background.
converslly, if the poets life stories are similar and the poems are different you could have a look at their personalities and how similar backgrounds influenced them in different ways...
hope this helps!
