How do idesign an incomplete decoder?
I'm a new electronics student and I've been asked to design an incomplete decoder on electronics workbench using the following material:
A NOT gate
An AND gate
A Clock.
It should be analysed with a logic analyser
Input shud be from 0 tof 15
Output shud be qualified to 0 to 15

Start designing a decoder, then put down your pencil and go for a walk. When you get back, you will have an incomplete decoder design.
