i would say about 15-20 mins. as long as it takes to make it golden brown and kinda sizzle. keep in mind it's frozen! so just because the outside looks done doesnt mean the inside is, think about how thick it is, it's not a waffle so 2-3 mins is not enough time.

About 15-20, even though you don't have the box just use common sense.

I like to put min in the microwave for about 1 min first then finish them in the oven.

Oven or in a frying pan works well. A microwave will make it kinda soggy.

2 or 3 minutes should be fine
