What type of response would you get from other people, if you are considered drop-dead gourgeous, or beautiful, from men in particular.

LMFAO. You answered your own question. You know your pretty/gorgeous/whatever when YOU know it! Girls with real confidence don't rate their self worth or attractiveness off of what reactions they get from others it's what they say in their heads every time they see themselves in a mirror. You have to believe it before you can ever be it.
beauty is in the eye of the beholder a girl who is drop dead gorgeous to one guy may look like she got raped with an ugly stick to another guy
