I weigh around 125lb. My arms are chubby. Up to my elbows they are thin but my shoulders are pretty thick....its very weird. I really want to lose fat from my elbow to my shoulders. How do I do that????
Update:Oh and without gaining a bunch of muscle. cause im a girl. annd muscly arms on girls are gross

You should weight lift, but not use heavy weights. The only way you get super toned, manly muscle arms are if you start lifting really heavy weights. Lifting lighter weights just helps you get definition so your arms will no longer be chubby. Try these exercises

and just use 5 lb. weights. If that's not challenging, then you can use heavier weights (8 or 10--you still won't get crazy giant muscles). Basically you should be able to do 15 repetitions of one exercise and find it challenging to finish the 15 because of the weight. That's how I usually know whether the weight is right for me.
