Ok so heres a little bit of information about myself.
- Im 15 years old, turning 16 tomorrow :P
- I play american football and track
-I eat really unhealthy
- I weight 163 lbs
So heres the thing.
I've been losing a lot of weight from football and track but I cant seem to lose my LOWER BELLY FAT!
I can see a bit of my 4 packs but I cant see my lower ones because its fat.
When I look it the mirror on my sides, it looks like this:
l <---- perfectly fine up here, can see quite a bit of muscles
l <--- can see a bit of my abbs
) <-- where my belly is
I just want to make my lower fat flat so I can get a 6 pack and I always wanted one since middle school.
When I was like 12, I worked on my abb insanely but I realized that I had to lose weight.
Football and track helps me A LOT losing weight but it doesnt seem to lose my lower abb....
whats wrong with me?!?!?!?!?
Can anyone give me suggestions to lose my LOWER FAT?
Im trying to eat healthy and I excercise A LOT thanks to football now but I wwas hoping to find a specific excersise for my lower abb
I dont want to lose "weight"...Like I wanna stay BIG for football so I lift and workout a lot but I dont want to be like 150 lbs or something.. I try to stay buff but I feel like if I lose too much weight, Ill get weak and look small on the team :/

You can't "spot" lose weight. Stick w/ football and track that's great cardio. You gotta eat healthier and keep up w/ the cardio.
