Hi I was in a pharmacy today & there was a whole load of ants. There was also a child in the back crying. Also one of the assistants was claiming she was a pharmacist when asked for her number she told the truth

Having a lot of ants in a pharmacy and a crying child are not disciplined offenses per the state board. However, a tech stating he/she is the pharmacist when he/she is not is an offense.
Well, ants can be a problem anywhere, and a big problem for most homeowners - it's not like they invited them in. To report a problem look for your state's Pharmacy Board - they are responsible for licensing and disciplining pharmacists - I found a link for the national board, and it lists each state you can choose a link and follow to find an address and contact information

You could contact the Better Business Bureau.
Someone owns that store (if it's a small one)...complain to them. ..and if it's more of a franchise then complain to the manager. You'd call and ask for them and make your complaint
