How do you train low level Poke'mon in Poke'mon X?
I have already beat the Elite 4 and have most the poke'mon Ive started with almost to level 100. I've got a Hitmonlee and Sawk at level 33 though and I want to use them and level them up but I've already faced all the trainers in the game, how would I be able to level them up?

the only way is in lumiose city resteraunts,battle chateu,elite 4 with exp share on cuz i too have beaten all the trainers and theres no one left to battle
In luminious city there are these restaurants, go to a 3 star restaurant and say you want to have a rotation battle meal. In your party keep your strongest pokemon first and 2 low levels you wanna trade in the 2nd and 3rd spot.
Exp share and face the elite 4. Unless you really want to use them idk where.
