here are the problem i have...

it started when i feel need to use a bathroom but nothing, a second time i let it come out and it came little dark green blob shape stool which it mushy float on surface and it turn to all watery and it burn but i don't know is it infection, acid, or other and it hurt and burn my anus, make my head pump like in and out and it hurt, i take pepto bismol for diarrhea and sleep, i wake up feel flu like symptom and week later i start to have pooping problem and feel sick, a day later start to have problem with my stomach which it upset, not feel hungry, and feel weak and flu like symptom and it still there and i drink prune juice for pooping problem and stool came unhealthy like watery and clean my butt with toilet paper and it dry little with tiny spot of liquid stool on with yellow mucus sometime white and start to feel gas in my stomach which it uncomfortable and pain in lower right side and feel grumbling in lower right side and in rectum which it i can feel from the butt and even feel grumbling in groin which it feel like filling bladder with gas and feel need to urinating but nothing but sometime i urine clear almost like water and feel need to poop but it came soft and light brown and thin and some other small and some long which it bend easy without breaking and clean with toilet paper but just little stain on and sometime hard stool came in pieces, large 3cm long, fat with lump with tiny sharp edge, and some with white fluffy stuff on it, small pieces float on surface and i use a bathroom and soft stool came really dark brown burn and gave me goose bump, chill, and skin hair stand up and at store i feel need to use a bathroom the stool came light brown mushy and see big spot of blood and need to use a bathroom and feel my hair on my body start to stand up and stool came little dark green blob mushy stool which it burn, i start to feel sick which inside my body hot even feel hot air from nose during breathing and feel dizzy and weak and feel pain in left chest during vomiting, and feel acid going in to lower esophagus and start to feel little heartburn like, and feel stomach discomfort even in abdomen, and not feel hungry and i feel hunger like but not feel like eating, and i feel unidentified fluid come up into the stomach from intestine and feel full and upset and start to feel a flu like symptom and notice i saw a really small worm in the stool which it really straight and color clear on the outside and black color in the middle.
