i asked a question bout going into eighth grade and they suspended me! and i was like wtf! and now i cant get into my old email account...does that have anything to do with the suspension?/??
When a user is Suspended for violating the Terms of Service or the Community Guidelines, their Yahoo! Answers account is disabled.
They can still browse the website, but they cannot ask questions, or answers questions on the site.
All Suspensions are permanent. You can only get your account back if you appeal for your account and your appeal is accepted, and that happens only when you are Suspended by a false violation, but 98.9% of the time, the appeals are declined, and so almost no one ever get their accounts back.
If you violate the Yahoo! Terms of Service your account will be DEACTIVATED if Yahoo! receives a report.
Difference between Suspension and account Deactivation is that you can still have your Yahoo! ID if you are Suspended (as in you can still use your Yahoo! Mail and other Yahoo! services except Yahoo! Answers), but if your account is Deactivated, you will lose your entire Yahoo! ID, and won't be able to sign in into your email
i have tried to figure that out myself when appealing a suspension notice but I cant get pass there automated responses, just answering this question so I can check back later and hopefully get the answer also.

Suspension is permanant. The only way back is to win an appeal which does npt often happen.WHERE TO APPEAL
1: some notices do not have a link with which to appeal. In these cases, send your appeal on this form:
http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/answers/first_app...
HOW TO APPEAL
DO
1: keep it very brief, and very polite
2: keep to the facts - mention why you believe your content was NOT a violation (either of the one "Reason" on the VN, or of the CG in general)
DO NOT
3: talk about how other content left up is worse than yours
4: talk about how upset/angry/sad/disgusted you are
5: accuse Yahoo of bias or censorship
6: make threats to Yahoo or their staff
