I run 6 miles six days a week.
The 7th day I do a long run... anywhere between 8-15 miles.
i play soccer for 3-4 days a week for 2 1/2 hours
i go to the gym 4 days a week for 2 hours
i swim laps 1 day a week for 30 min
i run 4-6 miles 3-5 times a week
I run on an eliptical machine for 45 minutes, then do 30 minutes of rowing, 5 days a week and walk my dogs for 95 minutes a day on weekends. You should be sweating for 30 minutes every day to keep healthy.
Usually 6 days a week for an hour. 3 days an hour of cardio, other 3 days 20 mins of cardio and 40 mins of weights.
Everyday..100 jumping jacks..45 situps..
30 min daily. i do indoor cycling
i excercise every day. mainly basketball, swimming laps and lifting weights.
