your computers are probable full of viruses and malware as you don't have any protection at all you should never go on the internet without anti virus anti spyware/malware/adware and a firewall installed if you do you're asking for BIG BIG trouble.
windows defender isn't an anti virus it's anti spyware and it's not much good at that I'll give you a list of program to help you clear out your computers which are free (of course) and all are good at the job of keeping you safe the first is Avast anti virus http://www.avast.com/free-antivirus-download I've been using it for years it's very good install it then run a scan with it to get the pests
next is two program that come under the heading of anti malware which includes spyware and adware and generally unwanted programs that can be dangerous the first is Malwarebytes anti malware http://www.malwarebytes.org/ the second is Super anti spyware http://www.superantispyware.com/ both get pests that anti virus don't pick up you need to run scans with these weekly to stay safe.
Now the downside the viruses depending on what you have may stop you going to the sites to get protection they may also stop you installing the anti virus/malware and if you're badly infected enough it may come to having to reformat the computers and reinstalling windows.
Don't think you're virus free if you don't have an anti virus because you simply don't know as you have no way of telling
you may have to go into safe mode to remove the viruses and yes all the programs I've pointed you in the direction of will work in safe mode you may have to use safe mode with networking to download the anti virus and anti malware

Try this:
Firstly, boot your computer to the Safe Mode menu screen. You do this by repeatedly pressing F8 as soon as you boot up. Once there, use the arrow keys to highlight Safe Mode with Networking. Continue to boot from there, by pressing Enter. You will now see some drivers being loaded. There will be a pause at some point. This usually lasts for no more than 30 seconds.
If that's successful, download and run TDSSKiller.exe from Kaspersky Lab. It's tiny, and takes just a minute to run. It hunts down and kills a specific family of rootkits:

Regardless of the results, download the free version of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM). Install it, get updates and run a full scan (still in Safe Mode). This is a direct download link. Copy and paste it into your browser’s address bar, and press Enter.

After this, try rebooting normally. If that's successful, I recommend you run another full scan with MBAM. It will detect malware that wasn't running in Safe Mode.
You should now delete TDSSKiller.exe, as updated versions are often made available. Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware can be easily uninstalled, should you wish to do so, but it may prove to be beneficial in the future.
Once that's done, for a permanent security product, I recommend you install the free version of Avast Antivirus. It won't conflict with MBAM, so long as you don't attempt to scan with both products simultaneously:

Hope this helps.
Download a free antivirus program maybe? Mcaffee is an example. Then run a full scan: it will take a while (probably a few hours at least), but should clear most problems.
So I suggest is to download Hitman Pro (http://www.surfright.nl/en/downloads/)
It is a malware scanner in short it won't prevent virus but it will remove them when you scan with it.
You also need an internet connection to scan because it uses could technology
Do a format, wipe and reload and next time use a live USB!!!
