So im 16 male and aussie.
I never cook and i decided how silly it is and i need to learn. So if you could help me out on how to make the most deliciouse mint sauce ever that would be great!
My old mate i use to hangout with at age 13 was Italian, so he had the pasta and cooking tuned into him. He used to make pasta for his whole family and it was delicious!
He put whine in it, tomatoe sauce in it and some other stuff i think.
So tonight i cooked pasta.
It came out crap and dull, the mints was red when in the pan but when i mixed it with pasta the mints turned brown.
Its just not tasty!. I wanna know my mates secret recipe but he hasnt replied.
His had such a blastful of flavour!
Sorry i write so much, just had an argument with my smartass 21yr old brother.
Ended up throwing my carton of ice coffe milk all over him aswell as the house walls :( silly me but god he acts 12 not 21

If you cook delicious italian pasta, listen to me!!!
To cook the pasta, you need to fill a pot of water, put the lid on and cook over high heat. When the water begins to boil, add half a teaspoon of salt, cover with the lid and after 1 minute, throw the pasta in the pot (ex, spaghetti) and remove the cover. set the timer to 10/12 minutes depending on the type of pasta, and cook, stirring with a spoon / fork occasionally to keep it stick to the bottom. When cooked, you have to drain in a colander.
Meanwhile, the tomato sauce: pan with 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil, a clove of garlic or onion chopped, when it starts to make bubbles and crackles, you must add the tomatoes, removed the seeds inside tomatoes and cut into pieces. Lower the flame, let cook, stir occasionally with a wooden spoon and add half a glass of water. Then add a pinch of salt, as you piae, go to taste, and let cuocerefinchè the sauce is reduced a little. 'When the sauce is neither too weak nor too dry, turn off the heat.
Stir the pasta into the pan with the sauce, with a wooden spoon, and a small cup of water to cook the pasta. Add 1/2 fresh basil leaves, washed under water. The dough is ready! You can put the grated cheese (such as Parmigiano Reggiano) or, if you do not have, nothing.
Bon appetit!.
It's delicious...There are a lot of variations... but this is the First and the most famous worldwide!!!
I'm sorry for my English... I'm Italian and I go to hight school... I hope that you understand...
Bye! :D .
between the main customary pasta salads at artwork is a pesto pasta salad. Sorry if it truly is obscure, in spite of the incontrovertible fact that it adjustments each and all the time. Boil pasta of your decision, i like using a tortellini. Drain and toss with pesto to coat. upload sliced black olives till apparently precise. upload the two entire grape tomatoes or halved cherry tomatoes. upload shredded Parm to style. Then some salt and pepper. I could boil 2 pounds of pasta for the status catering, and the bowl continually comes back empty, so because it is a robust sign of how stable it truly is. some bowls of alternative salads come back 0.5-complete.

i also can suggest to bite the pasta... if you want to enjoy a good pasta it should be "AL DENTE" so the pasta inside should be a little crude (VERY LITTLE...)
salt... well it also depend on the sauce... if you use salty ingredients... do not exaggerate with salt...
