Doctor says that increasing of cholesterol is not good for our health. What it means, how it can be done and what are the advantage and disadvantage of such things. I completely could not understand about these things. Please suggest me all related facts about this which affects our health.

We have two types of ch. One is good and the other bad. The bad will clog up our arteries causing death over a period of time. Anyone, any age, can have high ch - our diet is what causes this. Eating a proper diet will help control your ch. Eating oatmeal for breakfast is good to include in your diet. Exercise also increasing our odds of beating bad ch. When you don't understand what the doctor is saying just tell him. I am sure he/she will take time to explain.
