You can only delete questions that you asked, and you can only do that while they are still 'open'. Once a question is in 'voting' or has been resolved via a Best Answer being chosen, the question belongs to Y!A and is in their database forever (or until they start archiving old Q&As anyway).
You can also email Yahoo Customer services at [email protected] or [email protected] and ask for them to delete the question for you. In your email include the link to the question you want deleted, explain why you want it deleted and ask them to delete it for you.
A resolved question can be reported by other users & deleted by Y!A. A resolved question is also deleted by Y!A if the Best Answer is reported & deleted.

If you delete your account or it gets suspended, your questions will remain here and can be seen by other users

But the Question Must be in Open......
Login ID & Password to Yahoo Answers page.....
Then click on your Avatar.....
Scroll down the page.....
Then u will see "My Questions".....
Click on it....
Then U will see the Questions was asked by you......
Then click the Question that u like to remove....
Then u will see an option "Edit".. ( Under your question )....
Click on "Edit".. Then click "Delete".....
You are done !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Rseolved Questions are available in Yahoo Archives.. And it will be used for Future reference...
Suppose U like to delete one of your Resolved Questions....
U should tell the valid reason to Yahoo Team to perform the deletion....
