I'm not real fat or anything but I have a small pooch on my lower abs tht makes me feel like I don't look as good as I could.,, do you kno any excercises or diets that would focus mainly on that area? Thankssss!! :)

Leg lifts and crunches.
There's nothing you can do to target that area specifically. Cardio is your best friend, and a diet mostly consisting of fruits and vegetables in their natural, unprocessed state. A healthy body starts in the kitchen.
while doing things like being on the computer (since you are on it) have legs straight out and leave backwards with out touching the ground as low as possible. keep spine straight. hold for as long as possible until you cant breath. repeat .
lay on your back. keep your legs straight, lift them to a 60 degree angle, and back down, but dont let them touch the ground. repeat
get off of the computer =P
