How to look after a quaker parrot?
Hey guys, I'm looking after my friend's quaker parrot (even tho he insists it is a cockatiel, no it's not) and it is frightened by us because we are new to her. So any tips for a scared, screaming, puffed up parrot? My friend said it would stop screaming in 3-4 days.
Update:In addition, she bites the metal rows as if trying to bite me and tries to stick her head through the space between the cage. I really hope she gets used to us :)

keep her in a quiet room but not alone. try to do something in that room like reading or something else thats calm but this way she will get used to youand she's not lonely.
when you feed her make sure to be very slow and careful as not to scare her
