Hi! I am 14 yrs old standing around 5'5. I am hoping to lose around 15 pounds before summer vacation. I already know about cutting out the junk food and plenty of water..but what else should I do? Does hula hooping really work? Or how about that P90X thing? My cousin has it, but he doesnt have the formula or the diet plan..should I try that?

I know it's not fun but trust me ok TRUST ME. Go vegetarian. I swear it is impossible to be fat if you eat mostly greens and fruits. For workouts I know it sucks but you gotta run. Just do it and think about being thin. I was fat when I was 13 now I'm 16, 5'8 and 100lbs.

Don't go vegetarian. It's not worth it. You need your protein.
