I don't know why girls thing that eating less means you lose weight, its one of the worst things you can do if your goal is an attractive body. The amount of calories you're eating for your weight even as a girl is EXTREMELY unhealthy. What you're doing is a few things. Lacking your body of nutrients it needs to function properly, LOWERING your metabolism, (meaning that you burn calories SLOWER, since you are undereating,) and a whole long list of other bad things...
If you're serious about losing weight, and are willing to put in hard work for effective results rather than take the cheap way out and be unhealthy, hit up bodybuilding.com, the site will change your life.
The best way to lose weight is to increase your liver health, since the liver processes fat. If your liver is unhealthy you won't burn fat at the best rate possible. If you increase your liver health then you don't have to give up any of the foods you like and you will lose fat until you reach your ideal weight. I'm not an expert, but there are a lot of programs out there designed to increase your liver health to increase weight loss.
Eat only salad! Drink only water!
Do this for a month you will lose 45 Lbs. I have done it!
Will be dizzy on the first day, but its ok.
800 calories is not enough.
running is great, you dont need to be good at it, just do what you can.
eat lots of fruit, veggies, white meat and white fish. cut carbs to a minimum (but not completely, you still need them) and switch to wholegrain.
