I want to lose 20 pounds by June but I'm not sure how. I did it last year however I gained it all back and I don't want it to happen again. I'm 5'0 120 lbs. I've been eating roughly 1200 calories a day but I keep binging and it feels impossible to make progress. How do I fix this?

You're bingeing because you're starving. Eat 1500 calories and that will take care of the problem. Make them healthy calories.
Eat 1300 calories and stop binging.
