I'm 20 years old, female, 5'2'', 162-ish pounds. My goal is to be around 132 by my family reunion at the end of July (about 10.5 weeks away). So, I have to lose around 3 pounds a week. My BMR is 1557, and then when the activity factor is factored in, I need about 1868 calories/day. How many calories do I need to eat/burn each day to reach my goal? Also, what are some foods/drinks that speed up metabolism? What are the best exercises to do? I have access to a full gym, as well as some really nice walking/biking paths near my house.

You need to be a picker when it comes to some foods like less fat and low in sodium, when going to gym make it morning. take a 30 minute jogging. remember before doing this don't eat breakfast it help burn fat quickly.
