Hey there!
So I have graves disease, and I'm 16 years old.
This has caused me to GAIN WEIGHT! 160 pounds at only 5'2"
I want to lose weight, and go back to my normal weight which was 120 pounds.
I'm on two medications, Methimazole and Atenolol.
Is there any way that I can lose 40 pounds in a couple of months..
I have tried a lot of things but I seem to keep going up and I want to be healthy.
PLEASE HELP WITH TIPS! :(
