at your age and body proportion, i would NOT recommend you to lose weight. if you try to lose weight in an unhealthy manner, it will come back to haunt you in high school------ trust me. if you mess with your body in that matter now, it'll be VERY hard to lose weight once your body reaches full maturity at about 18-22.
however, i believe at your age, taking care of your natural beauty is just fine. don't eat white bread or white pasta. eat whole grain breads and pastas, that is good to keep a nice figure :) drink plenty of water consistently throughout the day. good for EVERYTHING, especially for the changes your body & mind is to go through at your age. get plenty of fruits & veggies in you, everyday. to be lean, make sure there is some protein in each meal (can be from milk, poultry, red meat, fortified cereals, turkey, etc).
to avoid unwanted weight & diabetes, i would recommend no more than 1-2 piece of dessert per week.
