I do work out but only upper body muscld building, I dony do cardio causd im afraid to lose muscle, I eat right, I dont do druga nor drink, I have a busy life of 9 hours work then gym then college, I feel like Im getting uglier, maybe it cause im suffer from depression. I need a real proven no bull crap solution, I have read ways but I dont believe in most, please no creams, or facial exercises. Thanks

With my experience (I lost overall about 65 pounds) there's no "easy" way: EAT HEALTH (and eat enough!!!) + EXERCISE REGULARLY. No tricks for me. But you'll see results for sure!
