How to lose last 10 pounds?

I leave for basic training Sept 18. I am a female, 5ft tall and 145 lbs. I need to be at 134 by Sept 18 which is in a month and 2 weeks. I was thinking of goin on a low carb diet n exercice atleast 5 days a week plus i go to pt 2 days a week. Anything specific i should do to get to my goal of 134 by Sept 18?
