How to lose leg fat?

I don't want super-muscular legs, just lose the fat. I am 12 years old, and yes I am self conscious of my body. If you are going to answer "don't worry about being fat" or "just like what you have" then don't answer at all. Next month, there is this thing with my school where if you get good grades, you can go on school trips. And next month I am going to catalina islands. I just need to lose this fat. Keep in mind that at my school for pe, we run at least 2 miles a week and do other activities and I dance 6 hours a week.

Also, what foods/portions should I be eating?

I wish I could take up more dance classes! It's just that they are really expensive and my family is on a tight budget for a while.
