Ok, well i lost of the weight on me, and the fat, and all i have left is a little loose skin, it doenst hang down or anything i just want to lose it, so how can i lose the loos skin>? i have a little on my arms, and my stomache

If it's not sagging then it sounds like you could probably do some toning work & build up the muscles in those areas. Sometimes too it's just about time because if you have only recently lost all the weight you want to you may need to just keep maintaining your weight & your skin may automatically start to tone up. Building up muscles will most likely help though :-) Good luck.
It may work for your skin condision also, try bio oil and see if it helps.
Try "alum" first, it is use on face after shaving, comes in stick form and slab form. It tightens up the skin. Wet the area and rubb the stick or slab on that area let it dry you will feel the skin tighterning.
Hezel witch may help, try it on the stomach first.
Lift weights to build muscle tone. But I've heard from a few people that eating fresh pineapple helps to tighten skin.
it depends. if it's just a little tiny bit then maybe just extra toning and massage the skin with vitamin e oil, but if it's really noticeable then i think only plastic surgery will correct it.
