well im a 15 year old girl & i have some muscles which i dont like at all! i really wanna lose them,, i use to do yoga + jump rope but i stopped months ago! now i only walk for 45 mins a day! but i still have them.. how do i lose them??
btw im still gonna walk for 45 mins.. a day..
also i have mesomorph body, i gain muscles easily.

Don't feel bad that you're muscular. Although it makes you look different, it doesn't make you a bad person. Be proud of your body. Real beauty depends mainly on how you perceive yourself. You have a sculpted body and you shouldn't try to force it to change.
With that said, the best path is to avoid building More muscles. Avoid large portions of meat, beans, eggs, nuts, and other sources of protein. Add more fruits and grains to your diet. When you exercise, do aerobics and many reps of light weights, rather than a few reps of heavy weights.
